As founder of this site, I was assessing my goals for Premiere Writers and
found myself writing this note to a new member. I felt good inside, knowing
that my goal for each new member was to develop a loyal family of "working"

So I'm going to post this welcome for the benefit of "all members."

We must all travel more, especially as writers...India is delicious. When I get back to Kentucky I'm putting curry on everything!!! I stepped off "duh plane, boss, duh plane" (oops showing my age to all of you Fantasy Island experts) and who was there to welcome me? But the virtual Miss Asia Pacific 1970, Zeenat. I don't remember anything about being a baby, or how it must have felt inside when I took my first step, said my first word, or got my first "booboo." All I can do is feel my way vicariously through the absolute pride and joy in my mother's eyes; that twinkle in them when she reminisces about how my grandfather would stand a few steps away from the top of the landing of the stairs to the kitchen and pat his hands against the top-most step, nearest the opening. She would laugh out

Hi Family Back Home,
We are virtually at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. It's cloudy and cool, but we stand around the
this 19th Century iron lattice tower located on the Champ de Mars o Paris. It was once the tallest
building in the world until 1930, but still remains the single most paid monument in the world. Millions ascent this entanglement of iron lattice work. Now I see what our guide meant. "The tower was built as the entrance arc to the 1889 Wo
